Biography
A graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Lowell, Michael Andrew received his MBA from Suffolk University and his Certificate in Advanced Management Studies from Babson College.
A recognized thought leader who applies and offers practical insights for business professionals, he is the former head of the Leadership Institute with Rockwell Automation and regional head of Management and Leadership Development with Digital Equipment Corporation.
Mike has coached executives and led efforts in creating and implementing high-profile, strategic leadership initiatives with a number of Fortune 100 firms such as Compaq, Prudential, Amoco, Shell, Lucent Technologies, Kohler, Hallmark, McKinsey (through Lore International) and Emirates Telecommunications Corporation in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, etc.
He has also published articles in leading journals such as Chief Learning Officer, Corporate University Review, Talent Management, and the west coast edition of SHRM magazine. Michael was selected as "Ask The HR Expert" with the Boston Globe in conjunction with the Northeast Human Resources Association. Mike has been a member of The Human Resource Council, The Organizational Development Network, Northeast Human Resources Association.
Currently, he is a senior member of Learning Services at Sun Microsystems and lives in New Hampshire.
