Biography
A graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Lowell, Michael Andrew received his MBA from Suffolk University and his Certificate in Advanced Management Studies from Babson College.

A recognized thought leader who applies and offers practical insights for business professionals. He is currently the Group Director for Executive Development for Emirates Telecommunications Corporation in Dubai. Prior to this role, Mike was a Global Learning Manager for Sun Microsystems and former head of the Global Leadership Institute with Rockwell Automation.

Mike has coached executives and led efforts in creating and implementing high-profile, strategic leadership initiatives with a number of Fortune 100 firms such as Compaq, Prudential, Amoco, Shell, Lucent Technologies, Kohler, Hallmark, McKinsey (through Lore International) and Emirates Telecommunications Corporation in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, etc.

He has also published articles in leading journals such as Chief Learning Officer, CEO Middle East, Corporate University Review, Talent Management, and the west coast edition of SHRM magazine. Michael was selected as "Ask The HR Expert" with the Boston Globe in conjunction with the Northeast Human Resources Association. Mike has been a member of The Human Resource Council, The Organizational Development Network, Northeast Human Resources Association.

In May, he presented topics from the book on leadership and business at the Hult International School of Business in Dubai.
