Michael is currently the Chief Talent & Leadership Development Officer for the Al Faisaliah Group in Saudi Arabia where he is also a member of the Executive Committee and is a Board Advisor for the various operating sectors. Prior to this role, he was the Group Vice President for Talent & Leadership Development for Emirates Telecommunications Company (Etisalat) where he was responsible for the leadership development and succession management of the company’s Operating CEO’s, Board Directors, the entire C-Suite of executives, Global Hi-Potentials, and the Top 100 Global Talent. Michael was selected as a Board Advisory member for the Etisalat Academy and a member of the Global HR Strategy Committee. Michael was also the former head of the Global Leadership Institute at Rockwell Automation and former head of Global Leadership Development & Mentoring with Sun Microsystems. As a business owner and consultant, Mike led efforts with Fortune 500 and global firms in creating and implementing high-profile, strategic leadership initiatives built around each business’ strategic imperatives, organizational change initiatives and pressing business challenges. He has coached senior executives and McKinsey consultants around the world by offering practical business insights and actionable management solutions.
